Tonight I have started a new project with the working title ‘Coke & Pizza the Documentary’. The idea behind the video is to document the day to day life of Charlie Grylls. Be excited.

As of today I am going to do an actual blog with at least one or two updates a week.
Last week we had a brief called ‘The Feelgood Factor’ and it was pretty open, enough that we could pretty much do anything we wanted. It was a Graphics and Advertising collaboration and I was lucky to get a group with people I work well with.
The idea came about one night when Me and Gareth came back drunk and watched a few of the American college and university LipDubs and we thought “Let’s just do one, it can be a response” so we woke up the next day hanging, met the group and showed them a few on YouTube and everyone was up for it.
Then on in we had 5 days until we needed to film it (It appears that other places that make these video’s have at least a month of planning with tutor’s involved arranging it). Most of it was done through email but we had a lot of problem’s with the uni trying to stop us but we managed to get a 30 minute gap to film and a security escort, Neil the head of security who was genuinely interested so it wen’t pretty smooth.

I got a tablet for Christmas (two days after Christmas for my second Christmas) and I’ve been playing with nd trying to get the hang of it.
I got the most basic cheap one possible, a Wacom Pen only £50, go buy one. This is the first my first thing I have done with it and it’s uber fun. Oh, and to nobody’s surprise if you know me and can’t make out the picture it’s a woman holding a cat.

It’s almost Christmas. No money, no presents bought, blog still not happening so I’ve half done a picture. Need to do more.
I was reading a news article and saw it used ’smartphone-cum-tablet’ to describe Nokia crap new phone on Reghardware (read it here) so made the picture it put into my head.
Maybe Nokia are creating these new devices aimed at perverted web users that may need to watch porn while shitting on a touch interface, maybe not.
My week is going shit.
Yesterday I spilled a pint of water on my laptop keyboard and almost killed but luckily it survived. Went pub and knocked over my first pint onto my gloves when it was fucking freezing. Lifes not that bad. I’m just a miserable cunt.
Three months in and I have made it to my second blog post. Clearly I didn’t do much in the summer but from now on it’s post post post.
Second year is well under way and much better than the first as we have actually started on the Advertising so I should have loads and loads to post and write about.
